We want you to find buying from us easy and satisfactory. We need to let you know the terms and conditions you are accepting, simply by purchasing from us.

Please be aware that by ordering and purchasing from us, you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions described below. Please read them so that you are fully informed.

These terms and conditions are for the UK. If you are not from the UK, please remember to abide by the laws of the country you are in. For those outside of the UK, please refer to the appropriate terms and conditions that are relevant to your country. These can be requested from us.

You, Youdoodoll Ltd. and contracts

All products supplied by Youdoodoll Ltd who shall be referred to as 'we', 'us', or 'our' throughout all documentation and correspondence. Youdoodoll Ltd reserve the right to ammend or change its terms and conditions when and where appropriate.

All communications including advertisements, websites and all printed material made by Youdoodoll Ltd are invitations to treat only and are not offers or unilateral contracts. In other words, though we may inform you of what we sell, and feature particular special offers (for example), we are not obliged to sell you anything.

When you submit an order via telephone, email or post, it represents simply an offer by you to purchase the products. It is not binding on us until we have notified you that the order is accepted, the invoices have been paid in full and on time and the goods have been dispatched by us.

Reference in these terms and disclaimers to Youdoodoll Ltd shall include its successors and assigns.

Trade prices on all products are only avaliable to registered businesses that are currently trading. Youdoodoll Ltd reserve the right to investigate further if appropriate and to decline any business and to terminate any contract that we deem unappropriate for our business and its products.

All products that are purchased from us are to be sold in the UK only, unless otherwise agreed and stated in a binding contract between Youdoodoll Ltd and the third party.

Ownership of goods

All products and its accessories remain the property of Youdoodoll Ltd until payment has been recieved in full.

Trading prices

Trade prices are set by Youdoodoll Ltd and cannot be changed by any other party. Our RRP of £11.99 cannot be sold for any sum less than the RRP stated unless prior agreement has been made by all parties involved and a contract written to state this. This includes all retail sales from a premises and on a website.

Delivery times

All orders are despatched from our warehouse via Royal Mail, subject to stock availability and security checks. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order.

Orders must be placed before 2pm on a working day (mon-fri) to be processed that day.
Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

We do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.

UK DELIVERY: 1-3 working days from £3.95 (Royal Mail 1st Class Post)
EU + IRELAND: 2-5 working days from £5.95
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: Up to 7 working days (depending on location) from £7.95
NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE (UK ONLY): 24 hour service from £7.95 (via Courier)

Postage & packing prices and delivery times may vary on Paypal.

Payments will be processed by the You Doo DSL Shop (a trading name of Net Lynk Ltd) on behalf of Youdoodoll Ltd.

Delivery outside of the UK: Please note that we do our best to ensure prompt delivery to addresses outside of the UK. We can guarantee that all packages reach your country of destination but we cannot guarantee the service within that country. If you do have any problems with your delivery, please contact the postal service working in your area. We cannot offer refunds or compensations for goods ordered outside of the United Kingdom.

PLEASE NOTE: The slit on the side of your Youdoodoll is NOT faulty! You need this slit to unstuff the head of your Youdoodoll before you can iron on its face. Please read the instructions provided!
