Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you've had a change of heart, you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 30 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund. You will be responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods. We will refund the returns postage for faulty/incorrect items.
PLEASE NOTE: The slit on the side of your Youdoodoll is NOT faulty! You need this slit to unstuff the head of your Youdoodoll before you can iron on its face. Please read the instructions provided!
All products returned to us will be thoroughly checked by our Returns
Department and only then will a refund, replacement or exchange be
authorised and processed.

All orders are despatched from our warehouse via Royal Mail, subject to stock availability and security checks. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order.
Orders must be placed before 2pm on a working day (mon-fri) to be processed that day.
Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends will be processed the next working day.
We do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.

EU + IRELAND: 2-5 working days from £5.95
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: Up to 7 working days (depending on location) from £7.95

We can guarantee that all packages reach your country of destination but we cannot guarantee the service within that country.
