Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you've had a change of heart, you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 14 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund. You will be responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods. We will refund the returns postage for faulty/incorrect items.

All products returned to us will be thoroughly checked by our Returns Department and only then will a refund, replacement or exchange be authorised and processed.

Delivery times

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse via Royal Mail, subject to stock availability and security checks. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order.

We only sell and deliver direct to UK (No international public sales via our site)

Delivery Prices and Times (UK ONLY) We do not deliver on Weekends or Bank Holidays Orders placed before 12pm NOON are processed that day. Orders after this time are processed the following working day.

UK (except IRE) Royal Mail Standard Post 1-3 working days £4.95 (+£1.75 per additional item)

Delivery outside of the UK: Please note that we do our best to ensure prompt delivery to addresses outside of the UK. We can guarantee that all packages reach your country of destination but we cannot guarantee the service within that country. If you do have any problems with your delivery, please contact the postal service working in your area. We cannot offer refunds or compensations for goods ordered outside of the United Kingdom.
